Meet the Owners
Mandy and Shawn are both natives to the Fairfield area. Shawn has been a long standing community advocate and participant. He contributes to Fairfield through a small business of his own. Mandy is a long time resident who has spent her life in the service of others. Both Mandy and Shawn have strong community minded natures and enjoy participating in many local events. They also root big time for the IOWA HAWKEYES!
Mandy and Shawn along with their children are very excited to be the owners of Adelas and continue its legacy.
